Category Archives: Quilts for Sale Slowly those little things I’ve been putting off during the summer are getting the attention they need. My new Shop is finally finished and open to the public! Today I posted four things in it: my hand dyed fabric and three quilts. I really like this spiral series; whenever people see them they gush all...  I am finishing up a few projects around here now that my run of classroom quilts is over. I but the sleeve on this little gem the other day while watching my son ride his bike on the track. It’s a sweet little piece made while I was pondering triangles. The quilting is dense and... by robin no comments  Finished today is this little triangle study… dense quilting is new to me… makes me wonder what this would look like on a larger scale. Blow tat sucker up, Robin. It’ll be fabulous!!!  I had forgotten this… the artist who made this mug inserted the words “hope” and “peace” on the inside. When I drank from it this morning, this is what I saw: A warming thought indeed. It’s been wet and wild outside… winter in Hawaii has arrived! That is a magical little quilt.  I posted another picture of this group yesterday, but I like this configuration better. Also, with the cloud cover we’ve been having lately, the light isn’t as strong as it usually is. I don’t usually shoot with a flash because I don’t like how subjects get “flattened out” with a direct flash, but a better... by robin no comments |
